Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and instructions on how to track the order.

If you are located in a regional area, choosing Express Delivery will still result in a faster delivery than Standard delivery. Please contact YMCA Services if you have questions regarding shipping time and pricing.

YMCA Gear offers domestic and international shipping by Australia Post and other freight companies.

    Our goal is to make your online shopping experience with us as easy, enjoyable and beneficial as possible. It is our priority to ensure this process is as simple and expedient for you as possible.

    YMCA Services endeavours to offer you competitive prices on our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable Goods & Service Tax (GST).

    YMCA Gear reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the YMCA Gear website at any time.

    Purchases are billed in Australian Dollars. Estimates displayed in other currencies are based on current exchange rates and are subject to market fluctuations and bank variances.YMCA Services cannot guarantee foreign currency rates, and advises customers to speak to their bank for exact conversion rates.

    Errors to Website:

    Despite reasonable precautions being taken, goods and services may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to errors, corruption or like events.

    In these circumstances, YMCA Gear will be entitled to cancel an order or adjust pricing for goods and services ordered from the website to correct price and information on a current order.


    Product Availability

    Every effort is made to process and ship out from the warehouse within 1 business day of an order being placed; however circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay.

    Automated email alerts notifying you of your order status. If for some reason you do not receive these, please contact the YMCA Gear office for an update on your order.

    Given the popularity of some products, YMCA Gear may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the YMCA Gear website. This information is subject to change.

    YMCA Gear reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.

    Incorrect Supply or Shortages

    Goods which have been incorrectly supplied or which are found to be faulty may be returned for replacement or credit, after a Return Authority form and number has been applied with YMCA Gear.

    It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the goods are ordered correctly.

    Discrepancies of delivered goods must be advised in writing within 48 hours of goods being received by the customer.

    Cancelled orders or Incorrectly Ordered Goods

    Orders can be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped out from the warehouse. To cancel your order immediately please call (03) 8799 0000. Our trusted warehouse team processes orders very quickly, we recommend that you call us ASAP to cancel or change an order.

    If goods are incorrectly ordered or order cancelled after it has been shipped, a restocking fee of $10 may apply.

    Incorrectly ordered customised / decorated goods cannot be returned or exchanged. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that decorated/customised goods are ordered accurately.

    Discontinued stock items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

    Return and Refund Policy

    Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting Y Gear first. We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice and RA Number.

    Request for a Return Authority Form must be made within (from time of delivery):

    7 days for faulty goods

    14 days for change of mind

    14 days for exchanges

    30 days for warranty claims

    Once a Return Authority request has been made, it is the customer’s responsibility to complete and return goods to YMCA Gear within 10 working days.

    Please email us at to request a Return Authority form, please include in the email, your order number, items that you need to send back, and items you wish to get in exchange. 

    In the event YMCA Gear agrees to accept goods for return, that are not damaged, oversupplied, incorrectly supplied or defective, YMCA Gear may charge a fee for the return of such goods.

    YMCA Gear will endeavour to ship replacement items within 7 business days of receiving returned goods. Replacements will be procured once returns have been received and normal lead times and freight charges will apply.


    Change of Mind

    Return and refunds of goods to cover ‘change of mind’ may be requested within 14 days of delivery and must be in original packaging, tags attached and are ”in new” saleable condition.

    Exchange to cover ‘change of mind’ with regard of exchanging goods ordered may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

    This only applies to current stock items. This does not apply to discontinued, seconds or customised items.


    YMCA E-STORE® understands there will be circumstances where style or sizing of a product needs to be changed. YMCA Gear accepts exchange for the same garment style / goods style in different sizes. This will only apply to off the shelf items current stock items.

    All exchange requests are subject to approval by YMCA Gear upon sighting the returned goods. Items must be in “as new” condition, unwashed and with tags still attached. Items must be returned at the customer’s cost.

    Where an exchanged request is rejected, the reason will be advised in writing.

    Promotional / Customised Goods

    Promotional merchandise are not-returnable or refundable, unless a manufacturing fault is acknowledged at the time of delivery.

    Faulty Goods

    If you receive a faulty YMCA Gear product, please call (03) 8799 0000 to lodge a Refund or Return request within 7 days of the receipt of the product.

    If the item is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified, we will gladly assist you in replacing or refunding the product.

    Your request will be considered within 7 business days, and if successful, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Notice and Number.

    If the item is returned in the original box, we will exchange it for you for the same product. If this product is not available for some reason, we will send you the closest equivalent product.

    If an item arrives and it is in some way faulty YMCA Gear will cover all shipping expenses to provide you with the replacement item.

    Products must be returned according to YMCA Gear Instructions;

    · An Return Authority Notice and RA number must be obtained from YMCA Gear customer services, prior to goods being returned.

    · All stock items being returned MUST have RA number attached.

    · All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, CDs, etc. Items that are not faulty, must be in sale-able condition.

    · Goods without an RA number and form will not be accepted.

    · All costs associated with the returns of goods are at the purchaser’s expense and responsibility.

    · Tracking information must be provided to ensure confirmation to any returned items back to our warehouse. Email:

    · Failure to provide this information may result in the loss of these goods to the purchaser.

    PLEASE NOTE: YMCA Gear recommends that you:

    Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns

    Either insure your package for safe return to YMCA E-STORE® or designated supplier, and declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

    If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost shipments to ensure that you do not invalidate the terms of refund or return.

    YMCA Gear reserves the right to test any returned product. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, YMCA Gear may impose a handling fee of the costs incurred.


    Product Warranty


    All YMCA Gear products sold on this website are brand new, and carry a 30 day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. As a result of this limited warranty, please ensure you carefully inspect all products upon delivery.

    You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

    Please Note: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or negligence voids any warranties, expressed or implied.

    Clearance Items or ‘Seconds’ Items

    If you purchase goods under Clearance or Seconds Items, it is purchased with the knowledge that they cannot be returned under any circumstances.

    Seconds Items may have faults and YMCA Gear will take all precautions to make the purchaser aware of all faults of a product. Once a ‘seconds’ item has been ordered and delivered, the purchaser will take full responsibility of the product. Seconds Items will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund under any circumstances. Clearance Items are still covered by product warranty policy.

    Manufacturing Defects


    If you discover what you believe is a manufacturing defect with any YMCA Gear branded product, please contact YMCA Gear immediately on (03) 8799 0000. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product’s standard warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.


    Proof of Purchase

    The YMCA Gear website will automatically send you a confirmation of your order via email. You will also receive emails detailing the progress of your order from receipt, through to shipment.


    Goods and Service Tax


    Orders purchased and shipped within Australia will attract 10% GST.

    International orders will not attract GST. The Proof of Purchase that YMCA E-STORE® mails to you will include any applicable Goods and Service tax.

    Other Terms and Conditions


    Confirmation of a YMCA Gear web orders issued is an acknowledgment as the purchaser agreeing to these terms and conditions.

    Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice. YMCA Gear shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 10% per annum or part of a month in respect of accounts overdue for payment.

    Totals in any goods supplied by YMCA Gear shall be retained by YMCA Gear and shall not pass to until the invoice relating to such goods has been duly and fully paid.

    YMCA Gear is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Sale and Return Policy at any time and will update this Sales and Returns Policy as its policy changes. All sales from the YMCA Gear website are governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

    No YMCA Gear employee or agent has the authority to vary any of YMCA Gear's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
